- Store
your lawn mower in a clean dry location all year round
- Change
the oil at least annually and more often if it is a heavy use mower
- Inspect
all belts and moving parts every time you start the lawn mower
- Immediately
replace any part that is broken, cracked or frayed
- Replace
the spark plug annually
- Do
not store gasoline in your lawn mowers engine gas tank without also
using a stabilizer to keep the gasoline from going bad.
- Keep
your lawn mower clean and free of debris to avoid acid build up on
the housing.
- If
battery operated also check the battery for leaks or acid discharge.
Replace immediately if any problems are found
- Lubricate
all parts as recommended by the lawn mower engine manual.
